Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that I may schedule another client in your reserved time slot.
If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% amount for the missed appointment.
No-show/no-call appointments will be charged full amount of service and will not be allowed to rebook without pre-payment of a deposit.
LATE: Any guests arriving late to an appointment may be subject to rescheduling the service and if you are so late that your service cannot be performed on your stylist’s current schedule, you will be considered a no-show and subject to above policies.
By booking a service , you are agreeing to these terms outlined and fully understand the cancellation policies.
ISSUES or CONCERNS: My commitment is to give you a great experience every time. If you are unhappy with a service you received please do not hesitate to contact me by text or email. I offer adjustments up to 14 days after the original service. Refunds will not be given.
I am not responsible for any damage to personal items. You may ask to change at the start of your service.
